FROM OUR Customers

Hands down the best experience I have ever had with any company. Exceptional customer service, pricing, and quality. This is the only company that cared more about my family and our situation than lining their pockets with our hard earned money! Give them a call if you want the best deal for a water heater installation and DO NOT BUY the home depot ones, they showed us the quality difference from getting a hot water heater from a reputable supplier that plumbing companies have access to

Superb service & value! Found them on google after receiving an outrageous price on a simple water heater replacement & install from one of the big companies here in Baltimore… won’t say names. Got an estimate range over the phone that was almost half the price of the other guys!! They came out to Parkville the same day. The tech was so courteous & attentive to my concern for the dolly wheels on my wood floors that he laid down extra protection. Highly recommend!

My water heater broke. I called these water heater pros and explained my problem and through FaceTiming my heater they were able to tell me how to turn the water off & told me they would call me back after checking to see if the specific water heater I needed was available. They called back 15 minutes later with two options & prices. They showed up an hour later and installed the new heater and disposed of the old heater. Pleasant, extremely professional, worked quickly and resonable prices!
